Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026
Leer en españolEsta política también está disponible en español en sajoagency.com/politica-de-privacidad. If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version governs.
SAJO McCann respects the privacy of everyone who visits our website. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect on sajoagency.com, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
SAJO & GARCIA CREATIVE MARKETING DESIGN, LLC, which operates as SAJO McCann (“SAJO,” “we,” “us”), is responsible for the information collected on this website. We are an advertising agency based in Puerto Rico.
This policy applies to sajoagency.com. It does not apply to other websites we link to, such as titopr.com or initiative.com, which have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our website or email us, we receive the information you choose to share. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message.
2.2 Information we receive from advertising platforms
When you fill out a contact form inside one of our ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google, that platform sends us the information you entered, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and job title.
2.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, your browser automatically shares some technical information. We, our service providers and the providers described in section 4 may collect:
your IP address and the approximate location it indicates;
your device type, operating system, browser and language;
the pages you visit, the links you click, how long you stay and the page that referred you;
the date and time of your visit; and
identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information or health information through this website.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage — We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage for six months. This is used to remember whether you accept or reject optional analytics.
Hosting — Vercel hosts this Next.js website and processes technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. Squarespace cookies are no longer used.
Fonts — Our fonts are served from our own website. We do not use Adobe Fonts.
Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 alongside Google Tag Manager. Both load only after you select Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website or contacting us. We do not load our Google tags or send analytics requests to Google before consent.
You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics on this site and removes its first-party Google Analytics cookies where accessible. You may also block or delete cookies in your browser.
4. Analytics, embedded websites and third parties
We use Google Analytics 4, once configured and with your consent, to understand visits and improve our website. We do not install Meta Pixel, Google Ads remarketing tags or LinkedIn Insight Tag on this website. Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled by our website integration.
Our analytics integration records page paths without query strings or fragments. We do not intentionally send contact-form entries or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics. Google's processing is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Pages may embed Initiative's website or videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and load video assets from Vercel Blob. These providers receive technical information when their content loads and may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Our analytics consent controls apply to our GA4 integration, not to independent embedded websites. Those providers' own privacy policies and controls apply.
You can decline our optional analytics using the consent notice, change your choice in the footer, and use your browser's third-party cookie controls. To avoid loading embedded third-party content, do not visit the pages containing those embeds.
5. How we use your information
To reply to your messages and requests, and follow up on business conversations you started with us.
To send you information about our services, if you asked for it or we already work together. You can ask us to stop at any time.
To measure and improve our website with your consent, and assess business conversations and campaigns without installing advertising pixels on this website.
We do not use this website's GA4 integration to create remarketing audiences.
To protect our website against fraud and misuse.
To comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests.
We may also combine or aggregate information so that it no longer identifies anyone, and use it to understand trends.
6. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other agencies or companies in the McCann network. We share it only with:
Service providers that work for us: Vercel (website hosting and video storage), Resend (contact-form email delivery), Google (consented Google Analytics, once configured) and Microsoft (business email). They process information needed to provide their services.
Embedded content providers, as described in section 4, when you load pages containing their content.
Authorities, when the law, a court order or another valid legal request requires it.
A buyer or successor, if we sell or reorganize all or part of our business. This policy would continue to apply to your information.
Anyone else, with your consent.
7. “Do Not Track” signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, our website does not change how it works when it receives one. You can limit tracking with the options in sections 3 and 4.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
tell you what personal information we have about you;
correct or update it;
delete it; or
stop sending you marketing messages.
To make a request, email info@sajomccann.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within 30 business days, and we do not charge for these requests.
You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing emails by replying to any of them. If the laws where you live give you additional rights, we will honor them as those laws require.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for. We delete prospect contact information after 24 months without activity, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or we need it to protect our legal rights. When we no longer need information, we delete it or dispose of it securely. Information collected by advertising platforms follows their own retention periods.
10. How we protect information
Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work, and we use service providers with recognized security measures. No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Children
Our website is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email info@sajomccann.com and we will delete it.
12. Links and social media
Our website links to our accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Vimeo, and to other websites such as titopr.com and initiative.com. We don’t control those websites, and each has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to read them before sharing information there.
13. Where information is processed
Some of our service providers and embedded content providers process information in the mainland United States and in other countries. By using our website, you understand that your information may be processed outside Puerto Rico, under laws that may differ from those where you live.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date. If the change is significant, for example if we start using your information for a new purpose, we will also post a visible notice on our homepage for at least 30 days.
